Treasurer's report - Anne was absent, message that all the bills are paid and all the forms have been filed. All up to date.

Memorials and Membership -
Bill Rott - went to his funeral, lit a candle in the name of the Waretown Historical society.
Membership is in process. Most of the letters have gone out to regular members. Letters for Lifetime are going out this week.
Correspondence -
Scholarship committee - Joan and Bill,
2 scholarships for 2024 $500 each. June M. and Grace L., will join the committee.

Program committee Report
The museum was open during the Firehouse Training. 3 families attended. Ringing the bell helped. June M., Aidan O., and Ron T. were the docents.
Summer programs - possibilities include - Titanic program or the titanic play. Friday program could be preparation for hurricane season. Grove C., wants to come back describing the connections between Western Family and Barnegat. Mates - might come and do a program about turtles. the AJ Meerwald is getting repaired. The author of the Piney book wants to come back. Possible program on cyber Security. Forest Fires.
New signs are coming soon. These signs will be facing the parking lot.
Dec. 8th will be the date for the Dec. Gala. This will be an annual event.

Sneak box - plans from Grove Conrad 1836. The model will be auctioned off at events in the fall. No Founders Day.

Electrician - outside lights - a trustee will call.
inside the dimmer switches get hot. Need to be examined. New outlet for more than one appliance plugged in at the same time in office area.
Steps - David Shaw did take a look. they need to be replaced. A project that a Trustee and Dave can do. New concrete blocks should be placed behind the bottom riser.
Gutters - is it possible to get an estimate for Leaf Filters or someone similar.
