Before the meeting began, prayers were said for Jeff G., and Sandy G.,
Minutes from the previous meeting were posted online. No corrections. Motion to accept made by June M., and seconded by John Pu.. All in favor? AYE. John Y. knew the question from the website, but not the whole answer.
Treasurer's Report - read by Anne G., motion to accept and file for Audit - Joan F., seconded Linda B., all in favor AYE.

same amount as last month. 93 reg. members plus lifetime.
Correspondence -
Thank you notes to Greenbriar Mens Club for a donation, and to David Peters for story and pictures.

Thank you to the town for our $5,000 line.
Flag Program Report - No problems.

Dec. 7th - Flags out front and in the parking lot.
Grant Report - nothing new
Trustee Report -
Dan Collamer is coming to the museum to see where we want the bell to be located. The bell holder will be installed.
Ramp and the stairs were repainted. The side of the stairs are caving in. David S. will take a look.
Railing has been repainted and replaced.
AC - covering? not sure. Gutters are filled again.
a suggestion that we have a gutter guard placed on the gutters in the future.
Fans inside were cleaned by Aidan and Ron.
the Shed door is sticking - Gorilla tape was added.
There is a new toilet seat.
A donation of speakers was made from Greenbriar.

Our Mini-program this month was an assembly line of busy beaver workers all working together to make Candy Cane Reindeer for Santa to hand out at the Holiday Open House. Some were painting the faces on, some were taping the ears on, and some were making it stronger and some were adding the candy canes. Fun was had by all.
