Memorials and Membership: 105 currently paid members, sent Gary S family a sympathy card
Correspondence: Albert Hall sent info for their upcoming event that we will be at. Southern Regional sent a thank-you card for the scholarship.
Program Committee: Aidan O, Next year, we will be changing up Summer Fridays to bring more youth to our programs
Elections: Elections will take place in the spring. Anyone intreated in running for a position, let us know.
Flag Report: John Pa, wants to thank all local businesses for this year's flag program. It's been the best year yet for us, over $4,000 raised!
Movie In The Park: It was a huge success, people are really liking the movie nights ever month!
Social Media Report: All upcoming events have been posted. New Facebook page has twice as many followers than previous Facebook page.
New Business: Aidan O presented his plans for renovations of museum and of new building. We would be purchasing a large pre fabed building to create a new exhibit area, moving items from museum to the new building to clear up room for large events to take place. Once the new building is completed with all the artifacts inside it from the museum. We will be doing some renovations inside the museum. All construction at the museum will be completed by the spring for all of the 250 anniversary events. Aidan O will be the head of all the upcoming projects coming up. Kelly Z made a motion not to exceed $25,000 John Pu Seconded
Trustees Report: Aidan O had JBL surround sound speakers installed throughout inside and outside of museum that will be used for events! Also Aidan O was gifted from a fellow historian, a early 1900’s executive desk with leather top for him to do with what he wants. Aidan O will us it as his desk while he works at museum. Its a great addition to the soon to be renovated museum.
