The Minutes of the previous meeting have been posted on the webpage. No corrections. John Pu made a motion, June M seconded
Treasures Report - Linda B
CD is being rolled over at 3.25% interest. Linda has paid all bills as of the time of the meeting. We recieved $825 in donations this month. Linda is working on a grant! Ron T made a motion, Sally H seconded
Memorials & Membership - Linda B
We are on track to break the membership record. Aidan O is going to make a big membership push this year.
Correspondence - Linda B
We sent two sympathy cards to Rod S ' family and John H's family. Aidan O & Ron T attended John H's funeral services.
Program Committee - Aidan O
We are all set for our grand reopening. We are getting ready for a record-breaking crowd. Aidan O has designed a Challenge Coin that we will be selling for the 150th birthday.

We have new sponsor posters to hang in the museum. Flag holders and flags are being inspected and checked on.
New Business -
We received beautiful pictures having to do with the Birdsall family. We have ordered supplies for the Grand Opening. We ordered a special lectern sign for our church pulpit.

We are really working hard to make the museum in top-top condition for the grand opening. We are also going to be planting a lot of flowers around the museum.
